- Hiring, training and evaluating branch employees
- Setting and achieving the branch’s business goals
- Ensuring the branch runs smoothly and adheres to organization’s policies
- Preparing and managing the branch’s budget
- Nurturing relationships with customers, vendors and the community
- Making managerial and financial decisions on behalf of the branch
Desired Candidate Profile : Candidate must have LIFE INSURANCE experience ;
Agency team handling experience prefer, Can Consider agency channel frontline performers also .
Should have Proper documents of experienced companies & MIS REPORT OF LAST 2 YEAYR
