• To manage HNI sales and business objective of the selected category branches , meeting or exceeding key targets
  • To ensure achievement of sales targets with optimal market coverage
  • Benchmark competition objectives and identify whitespaces , in order to increase wallet share
  • To effectively lead and manage sales team by providing them with ongoing coaching
  • To ensure that the sales behaviour , sales ethics and sales practice of the sales team comply with company standards and regulations
  • To closely work with the branch level partner’s stakeholders and internal hierarchy design sales strategies and initiatives that will cause improvements of sales performance

Must be a Graduate / Post Graduate
·         Age Limit: Maximum 39 years
·         Have experience in Bancassurance channel in to Life insurance company or any BFSI Sales experience
·         Should be a performer in his current company and also candidate should be currently working
·         Also have proper documents that whatever mentioned in the resume
·         Good organizational and management knowledge
CTC : Upto 5.45 Lakh/Annum + Incentives + 5000 Travel Allowance + 2000 Mobile Allowance
