- Manage Inbound calls to assist clients with queries, concerns, and promote products.
- Provide excellent customer service, help clients with the login and policy issuance process, and achieve sales target
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate life insurance products and financial solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular virtual interaction
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions Using CRM software and adhere to reporting requirements
Must be a Graduate / Post Graduate.
Preference will be given to candidates with an insurance background and 2– 6 years of experience in insurance industry.
CTC: Upto 5.5 Lakh/Annum + Incentives
