Job Description :-

• Branch Business & productivity
• Planning & Implementing all the marketing, sales and customer care related activities for the branch.
• Manage the productivity of the field force.
• Monitor and review their performance and take corrective actions
• Manager – Bancassurance will be responsible for handling an on roll team of 6 -10 sales managers in Bancassurance Channel.
• Has to handle 10 – 12 Branches of a Bank.
• Building good relationship with Bank’s Cluster Head, Branch Manager & allied staff to achieve Cluster sales target.
•  

CTC:  Up to  9 Lakh/ Annum

Location:  Calicut ,Trivandrum

Desired Candidate Profile :

·          Must be a Graduate

·         Age should not be beyond 41 years

·     2-4  Years of Life Insurance  Team Handling Exp is mandatory
