Roles and Responsibilities

• Completing the top line target
• Coordination with other departments to ensure seem less service to the customers
• Completing renewal target
• Ensuring complete documentation in the quickest possible time and NIL discrepancy
• Suggesting the best coverage’s to the customers and ensuring that the customers understand the coverages
• Data Collection – Face to Face and referrals by existing customers
• Avoidance of Channel Conflicts and due respect for all intermediary based channels.

Location : Kottayam

Desired Candidate Profile

Must be a Graduate / Post Graduate

Age should not be beyond 37 years

Candidate must be from General insurance or from Direct channel preferred

Will have to handle a team of off roll employees

Should have 3-4 years of experience in GI or Direct Sales

Ctc- Up to 5 Lakh/ Annum+ Incentives
