  • Appointing agents and institutions capable of selling insurance along with direct selling to build retail business.
  • Training of acquired agent on product  and processes.
  • Responsible for driving the business growth through the Agency channel partners.
  • Ensure completion of VSO targets and drive the growth of business.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with Agency Channel partners to yield a productive relationship.
  • Provide end to end solutions to Agents thereby ensuring that service level commitments are met.
  • Initiate cross selling and rollover business thereby providing value addition to the channel partners.
  • Manage productivity mix to ensure that the cost of acquisition is within the budgeted levels.
  • Ensure constant updating of Agent’s knowledge on technology products and underwriting policies.
  • Will take ownership of operations process at VSO, in terms of issuance, receipting etc.

Must be a Graduate / Post Graduate.

Preference will be given to candidates with an insurance background and 3 – 6 years of experience in agency development within the insurance industry.

CTC: Upto 6.7 Lakh/Annum + Incentives

Locations : Alappuzha, Attingal, Guruvayur, Pathanamthitta
