Job Description:

  • Identifying prospective Personal Financial Advisors as per the guidelines of the organization
  • Coordinating the appointment process of the Personal Financial Advisors
  • Activisation of successfully appointed new Personal Financial Advisors through handholding, participation in OJT and ensuring their motivation to sell
  • Achieving the number of active Personal Financial Advisors in his / her team as per the organizations targets  
  • Prepare monthly and annual action plans to achieve his/her goals
  • Ensuring adherence by Personal Financial Advisors to the Sales process as mandated by the company
  • Motivating and ensuring Revenue targets (as may be set from time to time) for the Personal Financial Advisor are achieved
  • Measurement and tracking of relevant metrics for Personal Financial Advisors o Ensure that R&R schemes are communicated to understood by the Personal Financial Advisors in the team and used effectively to motivate and help team perform
  • Work towards achieving the target sales and product mix from the team of Personal Financial Advisors
  • Track customer proposals through to conversion
  • Identify training needs across the team
  • Co-ordination with Branch Development Partner for the development and training of Personal Financial Advisors in his team
  • Mega launch of each new Personal Financial Advisor
  • Maintain ongoing communication and connect with the team to share details of upcoming contests, R&R, processes, etc.  
  • Perform the role of a people manager fostering a culture of ownership, customer focus, entrepreneurship and team work across the entire branch

Desired Candidate Profile :

Must be a Graduate / Post Graduate

Age should not be beyond 38 years

Should have 2+ Years experience in any sales vertical (1 year experience should be from BFSI)
Preferring a local candidate only

CTC: Up to 4.4  Lakh/Annum + Incentives
