Job Description:

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• GWP Achievement V/s allocated targets
• Identification & mapping of the channel partners (Agents &Brokers)in assigned geography (Mid &Smart Markets)for Commercial lines of business
• Addition and activation of new channel partners
• Meeting &Relationship building with channel partners
• Take end to end ownership to ensure proper service to meet channel partnersexpectations.
• Ensure desired share of business from preferred products to meet business profitability

Person Specification

• Minimum Qualification: – Graduate, Post graduation will be preferred
• Relevant Experience: – 5+ years in GI industry with min 2 years team handling experience
• Industry- General Insurance, Insurance Broking                                                                         

• The candidate should have practical knowledge of key commercial line products like Fire, Marine, Engineering, WC, Liability, Group Health & PA etc
