Job Description:

• Recruit / Train Advisors
• Act as a mentor , coach for the team to drive Business/ Sales targets
• Focus on advisor and retention
• Focus on customer retention
• Generate sales lead through advisors by upselling and cross selling of product mix
• Branch development through recruitment and social networking skills
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to mentor team advisors
• Applicant must be excellent at selling skills and social networking skills
• Should be well conversant in the local language and must have excellent communication skills

Desired Candidate profile

Must be Graduate / Post Graduate

Applicant must have stayed in the same location

Minimum 2years of any Sales experience (1year experience should be from BFSI)

CTC Upto 3.75 Lakh + Incentives

Location : Kazhakootam , Piravom, Kollam , Karunagapalli , Neyyatinkara , Kottayam , Thrippunithura
