Job Description:
  • The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales and operations of the company for Regional Rural Bank. Daily tasks include team management, meeting sales targets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering relationships with bank partners and corporate clients.
  • Managing bancassurance tie up for a leading life Insurance Company With a Team of Cluster Manager , Territory Manager and 40 Plus FLS.
  • Develop & execute an overall business plan covering all insurance activities across all channels based on business targets in alignment with Insurance Partners.
  • Overall responsibility of driving business through Bank branches in the Region.
  • Responsible to drive initiatives with the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business targets
  • Design and implement various sales strategies to enhance productivity.
  • Ensure high level of customer service orientation and maintaining healthy business standards.
Desired Candidate Profile :



Must be a Graduate / Post Graduate

Preferring Female candidate with Age Upto 45.

Must have extensive experience in managing a large geography with a team size of 40 FLS.

Candidate Must have extensive experience in handling PSU and Private Bank relationship

CTC: Upto 21 Lakh

Location : Thrissur (All Kerala Handling)
