- To ensure achievement of sales targets with optimal market coverage
- Benchmark competition objectives and identify whitespaces , in order to increase wallet share
- To effectively lead and manage sales team by providing them with ongoing coaching
- To ensure that the sales behaviour , sales ethics and sales practice of the sales team comply with company standards and regulations
- To closely work with the branch level partner’s stakeholders and internal hierarchy design sales strategies and initiatives that will cause improvements of sales performance
Must be a Graduate / Post Graduate
Age should not be beyond 38 years
Have experience in Bancassurance channel in to life insurance company or any BFSI Sales experience
Should have 1-5 years of wealth experience (Preferably 5years experience in Life Insurance )
Good organizational and management knowledge
CTC: Upto 9 Lakh
Location : Kollam
