• Recruiting a team of financial advisor on commission basis and generate the business.
• Monitoring and follow-up process for driving sales through advisors.
• Identified the training needs of the agent and work with trainers to improve the same.
• Delivering consistent sales output utilizing management and monitoring capabilities. Improve agent productivity and retention.
• Playing the role of a problem solver and actively resolve issue and queries
• Hold regular meetings with agents, Lead providers, Intermediaries and maintaining records of the same in a planned and systematic manner

Desired Candidate Profile:

·         Graduate with minimum 1 year Life insurance sales or any BFSI sales experience

·         Good communication and convincing skills

·         Age Limit: Maximum 36 year

CTC UPTO 3.75 L + Incentives
