  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong negotiating skills is required
  • Understand staffing needs, job specifications, qualifications and skills
  • Conduct interviews, short listing candidates and coordinating the same with the seniors
  • Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives.
