Job Description:-
- Manager-Agency will be responsible for handling an on roll team of 8 -10 sales managers in Agency Channel
 - Monitor the day to day activity, planning & execution of the Agency team
 - Achieve Targets related to Premium and NOP in order to contribute in overall growth of the company.
 - Recruit, develop and train team members & ensure relevant people in the right place at right time in order to maximize the productivity.
 - Allocate leads to the team members as per targets decided.
 - Hand hold and guide the on the sales process, lead conversion and closure of sale.
 - Executes smooth function of the sales and other processes in order to maximize business potential.
 - Periodically monitor and review performance on the assigned top line and health parameters.
 - Ensure that actual sales and service aspects including sales calls, issuance and complaint handling are carried out without any blocks.
 
Desired Candidate Profile :-
- Must be a Graduate / PG
 - Age should not be beyond 39 years
 - should have 6-8 years of life insurance experience (Preferably 4 years in Agency )
 - 1 to 3 years of Team handling experience
 - should have average job stability of 2 years and above
 - Prefer candidates who are doing well in Agency channel FLS Level and have a good tracker record
 
CTC: Max Up to 11. Lakh/ Annum+ Incentives
Locations :- Aluva, Kochi ( Muvattupuzha), Angamaly ,Palakkad ,Thalassery, Payyanur, Calicut
