• Conduct Gold appraisals for customers to determine the value of their gold ornaments.
• Handle customer queries related to Gold Loan products , including mortgage loans , personal loans and home loans.
• Develop a strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage a team of appraisers to ensure efficient operations and achieve targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high levels of accuracy in appraisals.
• Should be able to maintain accounting process , records and handling cash in the branch for gold loan transaction.
  
• Desired Candidate Profile :
  Must be a Graduate / Post Graduate
  Should have experience in Gold loan operations & Gold appraising / Valuation
  Should have strong knowledge of gold valuation techniques and market trends.
  Excellent communication skills for effective team handling and customer interaction
  Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving common goals
  
  CTC: Max Upto 3 Lakh/ Annum
