  • This role leads and guides team of sales employees to drive sales of Health  Insurance through the Agency channel
  • This role has complete accountability of the Sales Target of the branch which has a direct impact on the top-line target
  • It engages in business development and distribution management for the assigned branch. Drives business goals and metrices such as persistency, policy issuance, activation of advisors, innovate, improve, and align across products, processes, and digital to drive business growth
  • Business Development & Distribution Management Engages with sales team & advisors to drive business objectives in respective Regions
  • Strengths in leveraging MIS & data, utilizes insights for decision making. Analyses monthly, to determine numbers for activation, persistency, policy issuance, and data to identify opportunities
  • Ensures Operational efficiencies
  • Manages and optimizes routine tasks & drives new initiatives. Identifies core pain points and solves for optimal channel efficiency

Must be a Graduate / Post Graduate

  • Age should not be beyond 42 years
  • Prefer Female Candidate
  • should have 6-8 years of Health Or General  experience (Preferably 4 years in Agency ),
  • 1 to 3 years of Team handling experience  
  • should have average job stability of 2 years and above
  • Prefer candidates who are doing well in Agency channel FLS Level and have a good tracker record

    CTC: Max Up to 7 Lakh/ Annum

              Locations :- Kochi
