  • Identifying prospective Personal Financial Advisors according to the organization’s guidelines
  • Coordinating the appointment process for Personal Financial Advisors
  • Activation of successfully appointed new Personal Financial Advisors through handholding, participation in OJT, and ensuring their motivation to sell.
  • Achieving the number of active Personal Financial Advisors in his / her team as per the organizations targets
  • Prepare monthly and annual action plans to achieve goals.
  • Ensuring Personal Financial Advisors adhere to the mandated sales process.
  • Motivating and ensuring Revenue targets (as may be set from time to time) for the Personal Financial Advisor are achieved
  • Measurement and tracking of relevant metrics for Personal Financial Advisors o Ensure that R&R schemes are communicated to understood by the Personal Financial Advisors in the team and used effectively to motivate and help team perform
  • Work towards achieving the target sales and product mix from the team of Personal Financial Advisors
  • Track customer proposals through to conversion
  • Identify training needs across the team
  • Co-ordination with Branch Development Partner for the development and training of Personal Financial Advisors in his team
  • Mega launch of each new Personal Financial Advisor

Age should not be beyond 40 years.

Should have minimum 1 year of sales experience in Life Insurance on role or Minimum 2 years of experience in Cross Sell – Banking Products / Fixed Deposit / Home Loan / Mutual Fund / Any Field sales / Direct Sales.

Preferring a local candidate only.

CTC: Upto 4 Lakh/Annum + Incentives
