Job Description:
- · Achieving unit business goals through quality recruitment and training of Insurance Advisors and their Insurance managers
- · Develop business segments as per company strategy with compliance
- · To focus on and develop various business segments as per the sales strategy
- · To train IAs with the help of L&D team
- · Manage on roll staff of insurance sales team and help them, to develop advisor team
- · To ensure that there is no anti selection against the Company and that the Company is not put to any financial loss due to poor quality of selection of lives either directly or through his/her team of Insurance managers
Desired Candidate Profile :
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Agency Channel
Incentive earning, stability of at least 2 yrs in each company
CTC- UP to 7.5Lakh/ Annum
