  • Create new business opportunities by building trust and contacts with clients
  • Overall responsibility of driving business in assigned bank mapped branches
  • Good communication and sales skills to get convert leads into the sales
  • Build and maintain good relationship with the managers of the bank partners and good working relationship with clients
  • To achieve business targets through field sales of insurance product
  • Train and develop a team of insurance to create business opportunities
  • Result orientation in achieving business targets from time to time

DesiredCandidateProfile:

  • Must be a Graduate / Post Graduate
  • Age Limit: Maximum 38 years
  • Should have experience in Bancassurance channel in to Life insurance company or any BFSI Sales experience
  • Should be a performer in his current company and also candidate should be currently working
  • Excellent leadership quality
  • Ability to handle large team
  • Good organizational and management knowledge

CTC: Up to 5.45 Lakh/Annum + Incentives + 5000 Travel Allowance + 15000 Mobile Allowance
