- Create new business opportunities by building trust and contacts with clients
- Overall responsibility of driving business in assigned bank mapped branches
- Good communication and sales skills to get convert leads into the sales
- Build and maintain good relationship with the managers of the bank partners and good working relationship with clients
- To achieve business targets through field sales of insurance product
- Train and develop a team of insurance to create business opportunities
- Result orientation in achieving business targets from time to time
DesiredCandidateProfile:
- Must be a Graduate / Post Graduate
- Age Limit: Maximum 38 years
- Should have experience in Bancassurance channel in to Life insurance company or any BFSI Sales experience
- Should be a performer in his current company and also candidate should be currently working
- Excellent leadership quality
- Ability to handle large team
- Good organizational and management knowledge
CTC: Up to 5.45 Lakh/Annum + Incentives + 5000 Travel Allowance + 15000 Mobile Allowance
