Job description

  • The candidate in this position will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of all branch activities.
  • In addition to reporting all financial and operations information to company management, this candidate is responsible for hiring, training, and dismissing any employees at the branch
  • Profitability Management: Maintaining and optimizing profitability for the branch.
  • Target setting and management: Monitoring branch targets in numbers and volumes.
  • Portfolio quality management: Through superior underwriting, working closely with collections
  • Cost management: Managing all branch operating costs including the cost of acquisition, operations etc.
  • People management: Motivating team, handling HR and administration functions of the branch.
  • Customer experience management: Ensuring superior customer experience and handling customer service in terms of collections, pre closures and service issues.
  • Achieve contributed value targets set for the branch.
  • Ensure sales volumes for multiple products, sourcing quality and underwriting diligence to meet sales targets while controlling delinquencies and frauds.
  • Provide superior customer experience.
  • Manage TATs on credit and processing.
  • Minimize pre and post-disbursal discrepancies Monitoring Performance.
  • Monitoring Branch performance in terms of key drivers i. e. Contributed Value. Volumes / Profitability / Expenses / Losses.
  • Employee Retention.
  • Employee Productivity.
  • Customer experience.
  • Monitor individual performance of each employee, continuously work to maximize productivity People Management.
  • Motivate and develop branch team.
  • Drive branch team to excel.
  • Manage and mentor the team and keep attrition of branch staff low.
  • Conduct regular meetings with branch staff.
  • Provide open and honest feedback and ask for feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Must be Graduate / Post Graduate
Should have local market experience & Team Handling Experience
Also having experience in handling secured Loan Products , Personal Loan & Loan Against Property(LAP)

CTC: Upto 7 Lakh
