Job Description: –

• Manager-Agency will be responsible for handling an on roll team of 4  sales managers in Agency Channel
• Monitor the day to day activity, planning & execution of the Agency team
• Achieve Targets related to Premium and NOP in order to contribute in overall growth of the company.
• Recruit, develop and train team members & ensure relevant people in the right place at right time in order to maximize the productivity.
• Allocate leads to the team members as per targets decided.
• Hand hold and guide the on the sales process, lead conversion and closure of sale.
• Executes smooth function of the sales and other processes in order to maximize business potential.
• Periodically monitor and review performance on the assigned top line and health parameters.
• Ensure that actual sales and service aspects including sales calls, issuance and complaint handling are carried out without any blocks.

Desired Candidate Profile :-

·    Must be a Graduate / PG

·  Age should not be beyond 40 years

·should have 6-8 years of life insurance experience (Preferably 4 years in Agency )

· 1 to 3 years of Life Insurance Team handling experience required

  should have average job stability of 2 years and above

·  Prefer candidates who are doing well in Agency channel FLS Level and have a good tracker record

CTC: Max Upto 12.5 L/Anum in  Palakkad (Mannarkad)

          Max Upto 11.5/ Anum  In  Kottayam, Pathanamthitta, Kochi, Mavelikara
