Job Description

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned bank branches and customers.
• Create plans to address insurance products to clients.
• Must be able to convince people regarding various services offered by the company.
• Generating sales leads that develop into new customers.
• Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure new business
• Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them
• Keep database current and accurate with: target customer, current customer and future customer
• Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction

Desired Candidates

• Graduate with minimum 1 year Life insurance sales or any BFSI sales experience.
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Age Limit: Maximum 36 Years

CTC Upto 4 L/Annum + 1500 Monthly Allowance + Incentives
