Job Description

• Responsible to handle allocated bank branches and generate business.
• Responsible to manage Insurance Manager’s (on roll) and generate business through the assigned bank branches and Insurance Managers.
• Maximize sales productivity of the team and achieve sales targets
• Provide in-the-field support to direct reports by joining them on calls and providing coaching and feedback based on performance
• Responsible for capacity building at branch level
• Cross sell and up sell of products based on the life cycle needs of the customer

Desired Candidate Profile:

Age should be less than 40 Years  

Should have sale experience in life insurance mostly prefer from agency channel

Must be a Graduate / PG with good communication skill

Preferring a local candidate only.

CTC: Up to 6 Lakh/Annum + Incentives      

Locations: Kottayam Town, wadakancherry, Palakkad (Chittur)
