Job Description:

• ·         Managing a team of 8-10 Insurance Officers
• ·         Maximize sales productivity of the team and achieve sales targets
• ·         Provide in-the-field support to direct reports by joining them on calls and providing coaching and feedback based on performance
• ·         Responsible for capacity building at branch level
• ·         Cross sell and up sell of products based on the life cycle needs of the customer

Desired Candidate Profile :

Age should be less  than 40 Years  

Should have sale experience in life insurance mostly prefer from agency channel

Must be a Graduate / PG with good communication skill

CTC: Up to 5.5 Lakh/Annum + Incentives
