Job Description:

• Managing a team of 8-10 Insurance Officers
• Maximize sales productivity of the team and achieve sales targets
• Provide in-the-field support to direct reports by joining them on calls and providing coaching and feedback based on performance
• Responsible for capacity building at branch level
• Cross sell and up sell of products based on the life cycle needs of the customer

Desired Candidate Profile :

Age should be more than 38 Years  

Should have minimum 2 to 8 Years of experience in life insurance agency channel

Must be a Graduate / PG with good communication skill

Preferring a local candidate only.

CTC: Up to 5.3 Lakh/Annum + Incentives
