- Branch Business & productivity
- Planning & Implementing all the marketing, sales and customer care related activities for the branch.
- Manage the productivity of the field force.
- Monitor and review their performance and take corrective actions
- Responsible handle the Calicut cluster and Team manager’s in this area
CTC: Up to 12 Lakh/ Annum
Location: CALICUT
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Must be a Graduate
- Age should not be beyond 40 years
- 6 – 8 Years of Life Insurance Exp (BANCA CHANNEL)
- 2-5 Years of Life Insurance Bancassurance Team Handling Exp is mandatory
- Should have average job stability of 2 years and above
