Job Description:
- You must be capable of driving key business outcomes by building a high-quality agency through effective hiring and skilling initiatives, while ensuring full adherence to statutory and compliance requirements.
- You will manage all business parameters, including recruitment, activation, premium collection, case rates, case counts, and persistency.
- Ensure agents are engaged, motivated, and productive by forging strong professional relationships.
- Facilitate the constant induction, activation, and productivity of your team.
- Drive incentive schemes to ensure agent income consistently exceeds benchmarks.
- Act as a liaison between agents and the Head Office to address requirements and concerns.
- Achieve product-wise targets and overall profitability.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of agency business to identify opportunities for development and revenue growth
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Must be a Graduate.
- Prefer candidates with at least 1 year of experience in the Agency or APC Channel within the Life, General, or Health Insurance sectors.
- Age should not be beyond 40 years.
CTC: Upto 4.5 LPA + Allowance Upto 4.5K per Month
Locations: Kochi – M G Road, Kottayam, Kozhikode, Thrissur, Trivandrum, Kannur, Aluva, Thiruvalla, Kollam, Palakkad
