Job Description:
  • As a part of Agency channel, you will leverage your professional network to recruit financial consultants, providing them with the mentorship and training required to drive life insurance sales and deliver exceptional client service.
  • You will have to travel within the assigned location to meet channel partner teams and customers.
  • Your primary objective is to develop a robust and sustainable distribution model by effectively leveraging both existing and new Financial Consultants.
  • The channel operates on a network model where Financial Consultants generate leads for life insurance, while the FLS provides essential management and support to these consultants—also known as Life Insurance Agents—to drive successful insurance sales.
Desired Candidate Profile :

Must be a Graduate / Post Graduate

Age should not be beyond 38 years

Preferring candidate with a minimum of 1 years of sales experience in BFSI / Any sales.

CTC: Upto 5.5 Lakh/Annum + Incentives

Locations : Angamaly, Thodupuzha, Thrissur, Ponnani, Perumbavoor, Calicut, Payyanur, Thaliparamba, Thalasserry, Quilandy
