Job description

  • Planning and target setting for the Bank sales team.
  • Achieve targets for the designated partner /  Tie – up through effective implementation of sales strategies by sales planning and training need analysis and maintaining relationship with branch officials 
  • Build & manage relationships with various channel partners to retain business
  • Maintaining records of sales and pricings; creating and presenting proposals; and controlling expenses to meet budget guidelines, among others.
  • Training, motivating and development of support team at Bank branch
  • Establish new business by maintaining relationship, developing and maintain relationship with them to get the best possible outcome

Desired Candidate Profile :

Must be a Graduate / Post Graduate

Age should not be beyond 32 years

Preferring candidates with a minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience in bancassurance – Branch Banking, preferably with a background in General Insurance Bancassurance sales

Preferred industries include General insurance, Health insurance, and Broking (Willing to do Branch Banking) 

CTC: Upto 4 Lakh/Annum + Incentives
