Job description
- Appointing agents and institutions capable of selling insurance along with direct selling to build retail business.
- Training of acquired agent on product and processes.
- Responsible for driving the business growth through the Agency channel partners.
- Ensure completion of VSO targets and drive the growth of business.
- Develop and nurture relationships with Agency Channel partners to yield a productive relationship.
- Provide end to end solutions to Agents thereby ensuring that service level commitments are met.
- Initiate cross selling and rollover business thereby providing value addition to the channel partners.
- Manage productivity mix to ensure that the cost of acquisition is within the budgeted levels.
- Ensure constant updating of Agent’s knowledge on technology products and underwriting policies.
- Will take ownership of operations process at VSO, in terms of issuance, receipting etc.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Must be a Graduate / Post Graduate.
Preference will be given to candidates with an insurance background and 3 – 6 years of experience in agency development within the insurance industry.
CTC: Upto 6.7 Lakh/Annum + Incentives
Locations : Alappuzha, Attingal, Guruvayur, Pathanamthitta
