Job Description
  • As a part of Bancassurance Channel , You will network with assigned channel partner teams to build win-win business relationship and ensure high performance by selling life insurance products.
  • You will have to travel within the assigned location to meet channel partner teams and customers.
  • You will be evaluated on your ability to meet the business targets (Top line, Persistency, Product mix) by collaborating with and driving channel partners.
  • You will also accompany the channel partner teams on pre and post sales such as claim settlement.
  • We believes in technology driven sales and you will learn new technology/Mobility enhancements, to comply with the Sales Management Process.
  • As a business professional you will uphold organizational values in every action and ensure business ethics and integrity.
  • You are expected to be compliant to regulatory and statutory regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile :
  • Candidate Should be a Graduate / Post Graduate.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in insurance or BFSI sales required, with a minimum of 3 years in Life Insurance sales.
  • Age should not be beyond 38years.

CTC: Upto 5 Lakh/Annum + Incentives
