Job Description
  • Design and update training modules covering aptitude, reasoning, soft skills and domain-specific knowledge.
  • Deliver interactive and practical training sessions for junior and senior MBA batches.
  • Conduct mock tests, mock interviews, and GDs; Analyze performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Guide students on resume building, LinkedIn profiles, presentation skills, and professional etiquette.
  • Identify students requiring remedial support and provide individualized coaching.
  • Collaborate with placement coordinator to align training with industry and placement expectations.
  • Document training attendance, student performance, and submit monthly reports to the management.
  • Mentor and track the progress of students to ensure they are placement-ready.
