Job Description
  • To Recruit good quality prospective insurance advisors and ensure that they are acquiring licensing to achieve the sales target set by the company
  • Motivating the advisors to achieve the sales target set by the company
  • Provide on the job training manage & monitor performance of the advisors
  • Relationship management with the stake holders
  • Maintain persistence for the policies procured by the team of advisors to overall achieve the profitability of the team
Desired Candidate Profile

Must be a Graduate / Post Graduate

Age should not be beyond 38 years

CTC Up to 5 Lakh + Incentives

Location: Kochi (Prefer Female Candidates)

Candidates should have 2 yrs of Health Insurance/ General Insurance Agency Channel experience required.

CTC Up to 4.2 Lakh + Incentives

Location: Kottayam, Kochi, Calicut, Thrissur

Candidates should have minimum 1 yr BFSI sales or Health Insurance/ General Insurance Agency Channel experience required
