- · Planning and target setting for the Bank sales team
- · Formulating sales strategies for different products and achieving targets
- · objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of branch representative
- · Training, motivating and development of support team at Bank branch
- · Developing strategic business and sales plans, ensuring company goals are met; initiating and coordinating development of action plans to enter new markets; assisting in implementing marketing plans; reviewing performances of agents and helping them improve sales
- · Establish new business by maintaining relationship, developing and maintain relationship with them to get the best possible outcome
- · Responsible for providing periodical training to the Sales Team at Banks about FGII products and process
- · Maintaining records of sales and pricings; creating and presenting proposals; and controlling expenses to meet budget guidelines, among others.
Must be a Graduate / Post Graduate
Minimum 1-5 Years of experience preferably from General Insurance background
Must be from Bancassurance , stable in his / her current assignment more than a year
Age should not be beyond 38 years
Prefer Immediate Joiners.
Locations : Ernakulam
CTC: Upto 4 Lakh/Annum + Incentives
