- To manage HNI sales and business objective of the selected category branches , meeting or exceeding key targets
- To ensure achievement of sales targets with optimal market coverage
- Benchmark competition objectives and identify whitespaces , in order to increase wallet share
- To effectively lead and manage sales team by providing them with ongoing coaching
- To ensure that the sales behaviour , sales ethics and sales practice of the sales team comply with company standards and regulations
- To closely work with the branch level partner’s stakeholders and internal hierarchy design sales strategies and initiatives that will cause improvements of sales performance
